The chart at left displays the hierarchy of our organization. Below the chart are descriptions of key positions named on the chart.
Executive Producer
The Executive Producer is the organization's senior most operating officer. This position will be responsible for the management of the company as a whole. The Executive Producer is closely involved in acquiring new clients and maintaining current client relationships. Having final say in all production and business decisions, the Executive Producer is ultimately responsible for the quality and quantity of work produced by the company. Assisting the EP are the creative director and the CFO.
Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer is the organization's primary business leader. This position is responsible for managing the income, expenses, keeping financial records, and preparing the business' taxes. The CFO is assisted by the necessary business office staff as well as the Human Resources Director.
Creative Director
The Creative Director manages the creative arm of the business. This position manages both the production crew (through the Production Manager) and the script writers (through the Script Producer).
Production Manager
The Production Manger supervises the production teams. This position is responsible for hiring, organizing, and supervising the Project Producers. The Production Manager is also responsible for selecting, purchasing, and delegation of production equipment.
Script Producer
Script Producers are responsible for writing or acquiring scripts for original productions as well as for clients who need scripts written. Script Producers hire and supervise staff script writers and researchers.
Project Producers
The Project Producer works closely with the client after a contract is signed. Project Producers work with director, camera operators, grips, electrics, talent, editors and other production staff and contractors in final execution of a project.
Script Writers
The staff Script Writers work with clients to develop story ideas and project scripts. They may employ Script Researchers for extended or especially complex script development.
Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director assists all producers and managers in acquiring and developing qualified staff. In addition the Director hires and manages the office staff, business/finance staff and maintenance staff.
