Our goal is to begin with small church and non-profit commisioned works. These projects will meet the needs of local organizations that desire to produce relevant, content oriented videos. By facilitating the needs of traditionally non-film proficient organizations we can build a reptation for high quality work on tight budgets.

Investing the profits from our begining projects, we will venture into aquiring our own material for production. By producing in house with the equipment purchased through contract work we can significantly increase our potential for realizing a return on our first production.

The business will be located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a location that provides relativly easy access to both the Northeast and South. Virginia Beach offers great potential for hiring quality employees as well as significant market for our services.

Executive Producer
The Executive Producer is the organization&apos;s senior most operating officer. This position will be responsible for the management of the company as a whole. Assisting the EP are the creative director and the CFO.

Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer is the organization&apos;s primary business leader. This position is responsible for managing the income and expenses, keeping finacial records, and preparing the business&apos;s taxes. The CFO is assisted by the nessisary business office staff as well as the Human Resourses Director.

Creative Director
The Creative Director manages the creative arm of the business. This position manages both the production crew (through the Production Manager) and the script writers (through the Script Producer).

The first principal provides guidance for our management team. Their goal is not to maximize the utilization of each employee by taxing their talents and creativity beyond restraint. But instead to provide an environment of servant leadership where employee and employer know that each has the other best interest in mind at all times. &quot;What&apos;s good for you, is good for me, is good for business.&quot;

The second principal applies to our interation with contractors and clients. No business benefits in the long run by cutting corners and producing maginal work. We expect the best from our contractors and we will treat them like the best.

As the first primary marketing tool, our demo reel provides clients with a first impression of the work that we have done and its quality, content, and mission.

As the second primary marketing tool, our web site and online presence provide potential clients with a look at the quality we put into every detail of our work.

As with every production company, we are only as good as our last project. As a production company with plans for producing our own films, we must look to instill confidence in our future investors with every project we complete for a client.

Our future plans will require a significat invesment. We see our past clients, who are familiar with the work that we have done and are interested in the same goals, as potential investors in our films. If we cannont raise enough capital within our established client base, we will market our films to other religious organizations, corporations with similar goals, and private investors.
