Strategic Objective - The Vision for Tomorrow
Message Films will launch in the summer of 2006 with its first projects expected to be released in the last quarter of this year. Message Films aims to be the very best at short film production for churches and non-profit organizations looking to spread the Word of God.
Our goal is to begin with smaller projects commissioned by churches and other non-profit organizations. These projects will meet the needs of the local organizations that desire to produce relevant, content oriented videos. By facilitating the needs of traditionally non-film proficient organizations we can build a reputation for being able to deliver high quality, message oriented films on limited budgets.
Investing the profits from our beginning projects, we will venture into acquiring our own scripts and production equipment. By producing in-house with the equipment purchased through the profits of our contract work we can significantly increase our potential for realizing a return on our first production.
Within 10 years Message Films expects to begin one significant film project each quarter. Combining contract work, pro bono work, and our own original short films, Message Films will have a total output of more than a dozen projects per year. The expansion into oversees projects and translation of projects into foreign languages for missionary use is also intended.
The business will be located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a location that provides relatively easy access to both the Northeast and South. Virginia Beach offers great potential for hiring quality employees as well as a significant market for our services.
